- Orders placed on weekends, public holidays, or official holidays may experience delivery delays. Delivery timelines are calculated on business days only.
Pickup Option:
- Orders placed between 10 AM to 6 PM are eligible for pickup.
- Pickup is not available on Fridays.
- Items cannot be changed after placing the order.
- Only paid orders are eligible for pickup.
- Once the customer receives the order collection notification, they can collect the item from the selected pickup location

- Delivery with Installation: For orders below AED 10,000, if you request fixing/installation by our team, delivery charges will apply.
- Free Delivery: For items shipped without installation, we offer free delivery across the UAE.

Time shall not be considered of the essence. Timelines start from Order confirmation. However, if we have not delivered your Order within 30 days of order confirmation, we will provide you with a full refund. We are not responsible for failures to deliver for reasons outside our reasonable control, including where you are not available to take delivery of your Order or request postponement.
