Showroom Purchase Terms
We offer 7-day exchange/refund for unused items in original packaging with receipt.
Hygienic items cannot be returned or exchanged for safety reasons.
Reserved items held for max 30 days. Delay may incur storage fees or cancellation without refund.
Special External Orders Terms
External orders require customer approval and 50% advance payment.
The customer cannot modify or cancel the order after payment.
The company is responsible for defects until delivery of the goods.
